Established in 2025, Cinemangoes is a film production company founded by Arjun Swaroop and Lottie Wheeler at Saint Louis University. Since its inception, Cinemangoes has produced three films and is currently developing several more.

At its core, Cinemangoes is built on three guiding principles: Collaboration, Growth, and Atypical. These values shape not only how we make films, but how we work with people—on and off set.

Collaboration

Film is, at its heart, a collaborative art form. From pre-production through post, meaningful collaboration is essential to creating strong work. Cinemangoes prioritizes a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where ideas are shared openly and every voice is valued.

Growth

Growth is fundamental—both creatively and professionally. At Cinemangoes, we encourage learning through hands-on experience, mentorship, and shared knowledge. Team members are supported in exploring the roles they are passionate about, allowing them to grow their skills and confidence with each project.

Atypical

“Atypical” defines our approach to filmmaking. We strive to move beyond the expected, experimenting with unconventional ideas across production, performance, and storytelling. Each project is approached with intention, innovation, and reflection—ensuring that every film offers something distinct, both creatively and conceptually.
